Omar's Hookah Cafe
I just have to say this is the COOLEST place I have been in a very long time. I'm not sure how Eastern feels about hookah, but it's not against the law and you have to be 18 to get in. If you go with a big group of friends they will take you up to the upstairs section and there are a bunch of couches to relax on while you smoke the yummy tasting hookah. I went last night with a group of 11 people and I had a blast. We had four hookahs going and they were playing our choice of music from us. It was so much fun and the best part is that it is right on Lancaster Ave! It is only about 5-10 minutes from campus and it is open late. If you want some relaxation after a tough final I would highly recommend Omar's. Enjoy :)

Color Me Mine
Have you ever wanted to give a gift from the heart and make it with your own hands? With Christmas around the corner Color Me Mine is the perfect place to go. Get a group of friends together and take a trip there. You can have fun together making a gift and whoever receives the gift will be overjoyed. This place allows you to make your own pottery and paint it any way you like. There are many different types to make and colors to paint. This is something new and fun for people to do right in the area, and it is great for all ages. It is located at 109 W Lancaster Ave. They are having some great specials for Christmas so go check it out!

Eastern's Pond
We all have those days where we just want to relax, whether it is with our friends or we just want some alone time. My friends and I found a perfect spot right on our campus to do so. There are multiple ponds around Eastern's campus, but my favorite one is located behind the gym near the nurses office. My favorite thing to do is go at night time when the weather is calm, and the pond is still. There is a little patio you can sit at with chairs and a table. When it is night time and you look out over the water you can see the reflection of the lights and trees in it. It almost looks like you are staring into the night sky. The sight is beautiful and it is so relaxing. I would highly recommend visiting this spot at some point because I know you will fall in love with it!

TGI Friday's
I just need to start this off by saying this in MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT! I'm obsessed. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, it's just great. It's a fun atmosphere and a great place to go out to with friends. It is located in the mall, so it is very easy to get to. Again, it is only ten minutes away. Service is quick, they never keep you waiting too long. If you have never been I beg you to go. Everyone needs to experience the wonderfulness of TGI's. :)

DSW
Okay, I'm sorry boys this post may be a bit biased toward the ladies this time. I just couldn't help myself. DSW is second to only heaven in my eyes. Lucky for us there is one right in the King of Prussia Mall, which is located only ten minutes away from campus! They have the best deals on shoes and even though girls appreciate shoes more than guys, they have a men's section too! They have been having some amazing before Christmas sales so don't miss out! There are so many choices for amazing prices. What else could you want?

King of Prussia Mall
I'm sure all of you know about the King of Prussia Mall. It is probably the biggest attraction around thing area. If you have not been yet it is something you definitely need to check out. The size of this mall is unreal. There are SOOO many stores and sections of the mall you have to be careful not to get lost. There are also a lot of great places to eat connected to the mall, it is a great atmosphere. Christmas is coming up and the shopping is starting so the KOP Mall is the perfect place to get that done. You can find just about any store you want there and there are always great deals to find. Best of all, it is only ten minutes from campus! You definitely can't beat that.
